HepC Connection is a unique support system established in
Denver in October 1995 to assist HepC-challenged individuals
and their families.

C Quilts
The Hep-C quilts are made up of patches submitted by people
from all over the world with Hepatitis C. They are sewn together
by Marie Stern in her spare time. Marie possibly contracted
the HepC virus in 1978 and Auto-immune Hepatitis several years
later, and this is her way of helping the HepC community to
be heard and seen. The first quilt was created in 1996. It
became so large that Marie started a separate one a year later.
There are now four quilts for display with the fourth one
having blank squares to be filled in at functions. (new photos
to be displayed soon) The quilts are available for display
at various public and private functions.
